Public Remarks: Chincoteague style home located only a short walk from the carnival grounds and Main Street businesses. The home was remodeled in 2003 and included the installation of new wiring and new plumbing throughout the home. The plumber also added an underground owner’s water supply isolation and drain valve for easy winterization. All of the original wood floors were refinished, and new siding and trim were installed on the exterior. Some of the windows and doors were replaced. New roofing was installed over the kitchen in 2015. A new Mitsubishi three-zone heat pump system was installed in November of 2015. The owners were told that the kitchen cabinets were built with Chincoteague lumber by a local craftsman. There is plenty of parking behind the home and a 12’ x 8’ storage building.
